By installing or using the Surecut browser extension (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Surecut is a browser extension that provides an AI workspace beside web pages. The Service may include page-aware chat, image generation or editing, browser agent actions, and tools for creating reusable scripts.

3. User Accounts

Surecut currently requires account sign-in for access to core features. Beta access may be free but limited by usage, availability, safety controls, and operating cost. Paid plans may be introduced or changed later.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Surecut to:

• Generate content, scripts, images, or browser actions that violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to bypass security measures of any website
• Scrape or collect personal data from websites without authorization
• Interfere with the normal operation of websites or services
• Circumvent paywalls or DRM protections in violation of applicable laws

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are not guaranteed during beta. If paid subscriptions are offered, billing will be handled by our payment processor and cancellation terms will be shown at checkout.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content, images, scripts, and agent actions may contain errors or produce unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

7. Limitation of Liability

Surecut shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated content, scripts, images, or browser actions, including but not limited to data loss, service disruption, or security issues.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
